The Sieveking Auto Key Guide is a unique cross reference of fourteen key manufacturers number systems. You will see that the page here, has the name Börkey at the bottom left corner. This is a page from the Börkey section.

Note that the key configuration, Pin or Wafer, is shown, along with the number of tumblers. Every listed key has its keyway profile, in actual size, shown. The auto manufacturer is listed along with the key numbers, to identify the auto with the key.

Each of the fourteen key manufacturers has its own section (chapter), plus a section called Maker. (ILCO, Old ILCO, ILCO EZ, Curtis, Cole, Dominion, ESP, Jet, Keil, Silca, Star, Taylor, Orion, and Maker) The Maker section has the key numbers arranged by the auto manufacturers name, i.e. All Ford are together, all Toyota, all Chrysler, all Nissan, and etc. Study the arrangement here in the Börkey page, to see that all Börkey numbers are in alphanumeric order, making location of the known number very easy. Once you find the known number, you can trace across the page, to find any other listed manufacturers number for this key. If a manufacturer didn't make a key in this keyway, you will find a "--o--" place holder. The same easy method of locating and crossing numbers applies to all other key makers numbers.

This unique research tool is indispensable to locksmiths and key cutters, for its' speed and reference accuracy. Ring Binder style, for ease of use.
